A product I want is out of stock, when will it be back?
While we cannot guarantee when an item will be back in stock, if it is an item you really want, you can use our free Notify me function to either get a text message or email when it does.
Why do some items say "in-store exclusive", or "retail store only"?
When an item is in high demand, we may decide to make that only available to people who walk in the store. This is too avoid disapointment for those looking to get these products, and too keep it out of the hands of those who m,ight not have the best intentions.
Do you offer a student discount?
Yes, students are eligible for a 10% discount on all items. All you have to do is present a valid student id at the till.
Do you have GPU's in stock?
While the option to order a GPU of your choice is available, due to the current market, each Graphics Card is subject to availability from our suppliers. Therefore, when you place an order with us for a Graphics Card, we will then go to our supplier and order from them.
Due to this, we cannot guarantee when your order will be here, or how long it will take to arrive.
Where is my order?
Your order can be tracked via the link provided on your Dispatched email, or if you have an account with us, it can be tracked from your account page.
What delivery options do you have?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail with next day delivery. Any orders over £1,500 are free of charge
When is the delivery window?
While we do send your order to be delivered the next day, delays that may occur with Royal Mail can increase that window
Can you deliver to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes
My order has not arrived in the delivery window I asked for?
If your order has not arrived when it should've, there may be delays with the delivery depot or in your area. Please check the couriors website using the tracking code provided.
How much does in-store pickup cost?
In-Store pickup and collection is free of charge
How long does it take for my order to be ready?
While we aim to get it prepared as soon as possible, please allow 24hrs for it to be ready. If you still haven't been notified, please use our live chat function, and we will sort it right away.
What should I bring with me?
When you collect your order, please bring your order confirmation email and a form of photo ID as we cannot let the order leave without both of them.
When you arrive at the store, please approach one of our friendly members of staff and they will go retrieve your order
How long do I have after being notified that my order is ready?
We will hold onto the order for 7 days. If it still hasn't been picked up by then, the order will be put back into stock and your money refunded.
What hours is the in-store pickup service available from?
It is available Mon-Sat, 10am to 6pm.
Unfortunately, it is not available on Sundays
What is your returns policy?
We operate a 21 day returns policy on all items. Once this window has passed, we cannot accept any returns.
To be eligible for a return, it must be in its original packaging and with the order invoice/receipt it came with.
When will my return be processed?
Once the item has been returned and accepted it will be inspected. Once it has passed inspection, your refund will be processed within the next 5 working days.
How will I know that it has been recieved?
Once we have recieved your return, you will recieve a email confirmation that it has arrived.
How do I complete a return?
All returns must be completed via our returns portal. By doing this, it helps us locate your order and process the return, as well as helping us understand the reason for your return. Once you have filled out all the details you will be able to print off your free returns label.
Every order that is returned to us needs and RMA number before we can accept it.

Is there a financing option I can use?
Yes, we have partnered with Klarna to help our customers pay for their order.
What payment terms do you offer?
At this time we offer customers the option to pay for their order in 3 easy monthly payments.
How often are the payments taken?
Payments are taken every 30 days.
Is there a way to keep track of my payments?
Yes, you can see all of your purchases in one place, pay any open balances, explore unique content and much more in the Klarna app. You can also log into your Klarna account at https://app.klarna.com/login. If you need any help, our Customer Service is there for you.
What happens if I make a return?
If you return some or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement as soon as the online store processes your return. Follow the retailer's return instructions and make sure to keep the tracking number of your return. Log into your Klarna account and select “Report a return” so that your statement is paused. As soon as the retailer has registered your return, we will send an adjusted invoice.
I have not received my order. What happens to my statement?
You do not need to pay the statement until you have received your order. Contact the retailer for an update on the delivery. Make sure to log into your Klarna account and “Report a problem” to pause your statement until you’ve received your order.
My statement is incorrect. What should I do?
If your statement does not match your order details, please contact the retailer directly for a correction of your statement. Make sure to log into your Klarna account and “Report a problem” to pause your statement until the details have been corrected.
What happens if I don’t pay for my Pay in 3 instalments order?
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your second instalment from the debit or credit card that you entered at checkout.
If the payment cannot be collected on the scheduled due date Klarna will make a further attempt to automatically collect payment 7 days later and again 7 days afterwards. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will add the failed amount to your final instalment.
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your final instalment from the debit or credit card that you entered at checkout. If the payment cannot be collected on the scheduled due date Klarna will make a further attempt to automatically collect payment 7 days later and again 7 days afterwards.
Should this last payment attempt fail Klarna will issue you with a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. You will not be charged fees or interest for late and/or missed repayment(s). Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay in 30 days’ or ‘Pay in 3 instalments’ product even if you have failed to pay on time. What is the Battlestation Builder?
The Battlestation Builder is our very own PC building tool that is both available online and in-store. It allows you to build your own PC using the items we carry in-stock.
What tools do I need to build a PC?
All you really need is a Philips head screwdriver, and a bit of time. While building a PC may seem daunting for newcomers, building a PC is a lot like putting together a Lego set. There are lots of great guides and videos online, but if it is still too daunting, then let us take the worry out of it for you.
Why can I only see certain items?
Our builder was designed with compatability in mind, therefore items such as Motherboards, GPU's, Memory, and Storage Drives will only be available to view once you have selected the previous required item. For example, when you select a case such as the Fractal Design Node 202, only the Motherboards that are compatible with that case will show.
Can someone help me with the items I pick?
Sure, whether you're buyin in-store or online, our helpful team will be glad to assist you in designing the ideal PC for your use case.
I am new to PC gaming, do you offer pre-built PC's?
Yes, we have three different options for you to choose from depending on your needs.
The Stealth - Our lower tier machine
The Focus - Our mid-tier machine
The Behemoth - Our top level machine

Do you charge for this service?
Yes we do. While the cost of the parts will be the same as if you were to buy them off the shelf, we do charge a flat rate of £75 for an air cooled machine, and £150 for a water cooled build (coming soon).
How long does it take to build a PC?
Depending on the complexity of the build, it can take anywhere from 1-3 days for a build to be complete.
Builds are also subject to part availability and may cause delay's in build time. If you are worried about this or need a build by a certain time, please leave us a note and we will try to arrange for a like-for-like replacement of the standard parts.
What do I get with my build?
Not only do you get all original documentation for the parts in your machine, you also get peace of mind that your machine was built by experts and backed by our 3 year guarentee.
Do I get the original boxes the parts came in?
If you would like the boxes for the different parts, please make a note of this in your comments at the checkout.
Do you ship pre-built machines?
We do ship custom built PC's via courier, however, due to how shipping is calculated, they are excluded from the free shipping option.
What is the arcade space?
The arcade space is a dedicated area located on the first floor that has 10 of the latest specced builds for you to try before you buy or if you just want a cool place to hang out with mates.
How much does the arcade space cost?
The arcade space costs £10 per hour to play on one of the machines.
Do you offer discounts?
Discounts are offered based on the amount of time booked, and how many are booking.
What games are on offer?
The games on offer are constantly changing, with only a few that will stay permantly. Keep an eye out on the Arcade Space page and our social media accounts to see what is available.

How do I use gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers work the same way as promo codes, just enter your unique code in the promo code box at the checkout.
Gift vouchers do not have an expiry date.
How do I use gift vouchers?
Once you have received your gift voucher, you can redeem it by purchasing products and entering the gift card code at checkout. Gift vouchers apply to the order total, including tax and shipping.If your order exceeds the gift voucher limit, you can pay the difference with either payment option. If your order is less that the gift voucher amount, your remaining balance will stay there.
How do I purchase gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers are purchased on our products page. When you have selected the amount you want to buy, you will be taken straight through to the checkout.
When choosing the delivery options for your gift card, you can select:
Email to Recipient: The recipient will receive an email with the gift card message and code.
Email to You: You receive an email with a printable .pdf of the gift card.
Can I refund/cancel a gift voucher?
Any and all unused gift cards can be cancelled or refunded. However, partially used gift cards cannot be refunded.
